Approximately 175 enterprises, mostly small business, are resident at Wünsdorf – mainly real estate companies, building and construction enterprises, retail stores and gastronomy. The EWZ offers three sites for commercial use, which dispose on two valid legally binding land-use-plans and one land-use-draft. These are for the commercial site “Gutestedtstraße”, which consists of a commercial and mixed-use-area with round about 8,5ha. Furthermore the land-use-pan “Am Bahnhof” with ca.14.550m² EWZ-space is available – the former Military Bakery (-> Special Properties) and finally a land-use-draft for the area at “Moschestraße” with ca. 10,7ha commercial and mixed-use-area.
